Opening with a sit down dinner on Friday, at the Kalispel Golf and Country Club, this is an exclusive opportunity to enjoy a dinner prepared by award winning Chef Bob Rogers and Ty Schwenk. Chef Rogers and Schwenk will offer a cross comparison dinner showcasing farm raised and wild caught salmon, with a demonstration and health facts comparing the two types of salmon.
Doors open at 6:30, dinner begins at 7:00 p.m., seating is limited.

On Saturday, the fly fishing class will be led by Spokane’s own Heather Hodson. Hodson founded Spokane Women on the Fly in 2014 and the organization has grown to over 60 women strong! This class will be held at Kalispel Golf and Country Club beginning promptly at 9 a.m. Casting instruction will be held on the fall greens and golf cart shuttles will guide you to the tenth hole, where the art will be taught. Lunch, prepared by award winning Chef Ty Schwenk, will feature northwest local cuisine, and will be served in the newly remodeled clubhouse. Following lunch, topics on gear selection, knots, entomology, rigging, how to read water, fly fishing etiquette and proper fish handling will be covered.
Check in begins at 8:30, class begins at 9:00 a.m. spots are limited.

To wrap up this exceptional experience, SIMMS will be present at the end of class to showcase all their women’s fly fishing gear. A no-host happy hour will allow time to untangle yourself from all the fly fishing knowledge and build relationships with your fellow gal pals.
